Our Refund Principle

Our programs are designed to deliver clarity, structure, and foundational readiness — not guaranteed outcomes.

We offer a conditional 100% refund only if we fail to teach and deliver what was explicitly promised for this level of training.

What the 3-Day BootCamp PROMISES

The BootCamp is designed to help you:

  • Clarify your market, offer, and message

  • Understand the ad-to-system strategy

  • Create foundational assets such as:

    • Page structure

    • Offer positioning

    • System flow

  • Gain personal clarity around:

    • Direction

    • Mission

    • Reason for building the business

This program does not promise:

  • Leads

  • Sales

  • Income

  • Ad performance

  • Conversion

  • Selling mastery

Refund Eligibility (All Conditions Must Be Met)

You may request a refund only if all of the following are true:

  1. You attended all BootCamp sessions (live or complete recordings)

  2. You completed the assigned foundational exercises

  3. You created:

    • At least one draft landing page or page structure

    • A clearly defined offer and target audience

  4. You purchased a paid Systeme.io subscription (trial plans do not qualify)

  5. You submitted clear proof of the above implementation

  6. You can demonstrate that:

    Despite sincere effort, the program failed to deliver the promised clarity and foundational setup

What Is NOT Covered Under This Refund

Refunds will not be granted for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Not running paid ads

  • Running ads but not getting results

  • Lack of sales or clients

  • Inability to sell or close leads

  • Not being confident on calls or webinars

  • Not taking action consistently

  • Expecting results without execution

  • Comparing this program to higher-ticket programs

Important Clarification on Selling & Ads

Skills such as:

  • Paid ad optimization

  • Lead conversion

  • 1:1 selling

  • Webinar selling

  • Closing mastery

are advanced skills taught only inside higher-ticket implementation programs.

They are not part of the 3-Day BootCamp promise, and therefore cannot be used as grounds for a refund.

Refund Window

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of completing the BootCamp.

Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.

Final Authority

All refund requests are reviewed manually.

The final decision rests solely with Wellnesspreneur (Neeraj Kumar) and shall be final and binding.

All high-ticket group coaching, implementation, and mentorship programs offered by www.Wellnesspreneur.in.

1. Nature of the High-Ticket Program

The high-ticket program is a 90-day group coaching and implementation support program.

Participants receive:

  • Structured guidance and clarity

  • Fortnightly group calls with our team

  • Direction on how to implement the system

  • Support, feedback, and problem-solving assistance

This program provides support and guidance, not outcomes.

2. What We DO Guarantee

We guarantee:

  • Access to the program for the full duration (90 days)

  • Scheduled coaching calls as communicated

  • Guidance, clarity, and feedback

  • Reasonable support from our team during the program period

3. What We DO NOT Guarantee

We do not guarantee:

  • Income

  • Sales

  • Leads

  • Profits

  • Business success

  • Conversion rates

  • Specific timelines or outcomes

Results depend entirely on:

  • Your execution

  • Skill application

  • Consistency

  • Market conditions

  • Willingness to practice selling

4. No Results-Based Refunds

Because this is a support-based coaching program, refunds will not be issued for:

  • Lack of sales or clients

  • Running ads without results

  • Inability to close leads

  • Fear or discomfort with selling

  • Not implementing guidance consistently

  • External factors beyond our control

Support does not equal results.

5. Refund Eligibility (Limited & Conditional)

Refunds may be considered only if ALL of the following conditions are met:

  1. You attended the first two scheduled coaching calls

  2. You submitted implementation questions or work for review

  3. You followed the core guidance provided

  4. You can clearly demonstrate that:

    You were denied access to coaching or support that was explicitly promised

Refunds are not granted based on performance or outcomes.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You changed your mind

  • You lacked time or focus

  • You expected guaranteed results

  • You did not attend calls

  • You did not ask questions or seek support

  • You found the program “difficult” or “challenging”

  • You compare this program to others

7. Seat-Based Commitment

High-ticket programs involve:

  • Limited seats

  • Human time and attention

  • Group capacity planning

Once you enroll and access the program, your seat is reserved and cannot be reallocated.

Therefore, all sales are final unless support delivery fails.

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By enrolling, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting our support team.

Unjustified chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate termination of access

  • Permanent removal from the community

  • Legal recovery of losses where applicable

9. Program Duration & Expiry

  • Coaching support is available only during the 90-day program period

  • Unused calls or missed sessions are not carried forward

  • Extensions are not guaranteed

10. Final Decision Authority

All refund requests are reviewed manually.
